Meet Duane Wepfer

Agent Bio

Being born and raised on a farm in Central Wisconsin, into a family that started their own Real Estate business, known as Dairyland Realty, real estate was already in my blood.  After high school graduation in 1972, a short stint of travel with my older brother, it was time to return to school for Real Estate in Milwaukee, WI.  I passed the State Real Estate Board Exam in May, 1974 and never would have dream't 40 years later I'd still be selling Real Estate.  I just have a love of helping people find what they are looking for or to help them sell what they no longer need.

I did two different stints of city government for a total of 13 years as Alderman Ward 1 for the City of Abbotsford.  Being instrumental in obtaining a 30 year lease with Cell-Com tower in our Industrial Park at $500 per month instead of their purchase for $8200.

Dairyland Realty was well known in Central Wisconsin as it celebrated 50 years in business.  In 2005 I was approached by Dennis Kramer of Kramer-Schiferl Realty to merge and become a stronger force in the Real Estate market in Central Wisconsin.  My wife Carla and I moved to the Marshfield area in 2002 to be closer to Carla's work.  I commute to Abbotsford to continue to serve the area for their Real Estate needs.  Both of our daughters, Marixa and Leandra graduated from Abbotsford High School and now are married and are homeowners in Marshfield.  I enjoy time with my four grandchildren when not selling real estate.

Some of you have probably seen me driving a motor coach or bus for Progressive Travel and Burnett Bus routes.  I also drive trips for the cognitively challenged adults, but still take your calls, even when on those trips.

Call me anytime.  I am always willing to help with your Real Estate needs.
